So I said Sunday, but I really meant Monday. Already behind!
But seriously, my emo musings aside, here are this weeks goals. I need some ACTION (ok, dirty-minded, not that…ok that too).
- Monday (work out w/ trainer) – cardio drills (done)
- Tuesday (cardio on own – 20 min cardio intervals minimum, total cardio of 60 min); grocery shopping to get some decent food in the house.
- Wednesday (cardio on own – same as above)
- Thurs (Trainer)
- Friday or Saturday – 1 hour of cardio.
Also this week I need to check out the gym over in Tenleytown. I’d like to do some spinning. I like that strangely enough.

LAZY but ok. In the spirit of keeping you up to date, I’m going to be starting a “blog-a-day” after I get back from florida next week. This will keep me on task I think
